Need a reliable shop in or around the Portland, OR area!!!!
Alright, I need to find a shop that will work on my 93 Si hatch w/ GS-R swap. I would like it to be in or around the Portland, OR area. I've heard or a couple but I would like to hear your opinions. Anyone ever been to GroundZero?
Go to ground zero. They do everything from tune ups to full out engine builds. They will do good work plus ralphs a good guy real easy to work with
GroundZero
. . .
I would recomend RRevMotorsports in Janzten Beach.
Ask for Jeff. Or Tim should be able to help you.

Personal Preference I should say. I've known "Tim Robar" the owner for ever. Great guy. And Jeff San Juan is certified in everyway. Excellent Tuner. If you want to get more technical, Mr Reed is also one of the premier/best tuners in the Northwest. I think hes the few Motec Certified guys in NW. Both guys used to work @ Torque Freaks. I can just vouch for them personally. GroundZero these days are more for 240s, and rotary ****. RRev doesn't specialize in hondas, but i know lots of satified customers that go there. I dont know. Your car. Your money. Just my 2 cents.

I don't mean to be a downer but I was an auto mechanic the 1st 4 years out of high school and since then I won't let anyone else touch my car. I worked at 3 different shops and mechanics aren't allowed the time to do it right. It's rip it apart and slap it together. As long as it's running when it leaves the shop.
If you want it done right do it yourself. Buy some tools, read the online manuals and ask questions on H-T. It will take time at first but it will pay off in the long run.

Go to RRev they are all car guys and have lots of experiance on all phases of maintenance and custom tuning and fab work, plus theres usually some very cool cars in the shop.
RREVMOTORSPORTS is awsome. Jeff is a really cool guy and helped me get my car all dialed in. Were probably gonna be installing Hondata for the car. Thanks for the recommendation. There were also about 8 badass Supras there too.
