Default bleed brakes after/before pads and rotor change?

im about to change my front and rear pads/rotors, ide also like to bleed the system and get some new fluid in there, ive owned the car for about 3 years and still havent got around to that.

my question is, should i bleed them before or after or at the same time i change pads/rotors?

Use a turkey baster or something to suck the fluid out of the MC reservoir. Then you don't spill fluid when you compress the calipers to make room for the new pads & rotors. Then suck the rest out (again).

After putting the pads & rotors in, fill up the reservoir & bleed.
