cold start sueal on 04 crv

anyone else have this or know how to fix this? belts are fine and tight so i don't know where to go from here. and it is only on cold starts. thanks in advance

is the belt in good condition? Because you can have a tight belt but in bad shape and it will still slip with the extra strain from the alternator.
