I'm looking to buy a JDM DC 4-1 header but I'm confused as to which test pipe to get. I can't afford a Carsound cat or any other expensive test pipe. I like the prices that http://www.testpipes.com have.

Now I now on end I need a 2.5 inch flange for the header, right? And on the other I need a flange that will mate up to a stock or aftermarket exhaust too, right?

But what about the length of the pipe? Is it going to be the same length as the stock cat or shorter/longer?

Dan at Godspeed has good pipes. I use one and I like it. His "misc. parts" section on his site is down right now, but you can email him and he'll get back to you wth prices, availability, etc.

Yeah but his are like $123 or something. I looking in the 50 buck range.

 

Just get it done at a muffler shop. They'll probably charge you 40 bucks to add a pipe with flanges from the header, to whatever exhaust you're running.
