hey, welcome to the site. there is a pretty good archive here. it is searchable (red button, top right), and it contains plenty of timing belt topics.
temp is giving you a hard time because of this, and because he's a pain in the ***.
your best bet once you have a general idea on what replacing a t-belt entails is to download the shop manual and have a go at it.
we aren't allowed to post shop manual links here (conflicting interests suck), but if you google "crx shop manual" you should get a few hits.

I own three race cars and I do not know how to change the timing belt.
I could, however, in the old days switch both cams in an Abarth FIAT and shim it out in 45 minutes.
