Default 2003 Pilot shakes.

Tech question for my 2003 Honda Pilot EX 50K.
.At exactly 25mph while driving on a smooth road with few bumps, I will go over a small bump and the entire car goes into a crazy Harmonic Shake that lasts for up to 10 seconds.
The car has been checked out several times and nothing was found. What may be causing this to happen only at this speed??

possibly. I would say a sway bar or something like that then. But if it was put up on a lift they should have been able to find that

it sounds like your EGR valve. its a common problem in 03's and some 04's. there was also a TSB on it.

Not quite. An egr will create more of a "bucking" or "surging" feel.

This is a speed specific issue not related to EGR, which was replased. A simple small bump in the road makes the car shake big time only at 25mph. Very predictable on only 3 roads in my area.

also have they checked the drive train? it could be loose and when it's shifting gears the bumps causes it to shake...just a thought
