Default Mini-Me Swap

Im just wondering how much a shop would normally charge to do a full mini-swap
( Parts and Labor) on a 91 CRX DX.

Thanks

if you are going to pay, you should just do a b swap.

best place to swap a mini me is right here.

haha, he's right though. They'll charge too much. Either do it yourself after doing some research... http://crx.honda-perf.org/arti....html There's a freebie.
Or call and get some quotes if you have money and no time. It's up to you.

doitdub - is that my old 80 express in your signature??? and your vx in mine?

if you want the mini-me, you can walk through it yourself. IMO its not much harder to do a whole swap, and you will be much happier with more than 120hp.

The only place in vegas I think you could go to would be LDL by the speedway or a place called hondadoctors. You should assume it will cost the same amount as a shop doing a head gasket and timing belt. It is no extra work.

This means you should expect to pay around $800 for the work, which is what I paid to have my head gasket replaced in Vegas last year.

2 grand.... I bought my y8 head for like $125. and did the swap over the course of a few nights. I like the outcome of what I did because it was a cheap swap. But really, if you have 2k to blow you can get a full b16 change over from hmotorsonline.com or nippon-motors.com. Then just call LDL speedshop in town and have them put it in for you.

2 grand for a head?

You can buy a motor and have it swapped for about that much.
