I found out that I need a wireing harness for the theft recovery I bought from an insurance auction.
The people who stole the car cut the wires leading to the ecu right up in the passenger footwell.
I figure it would be easier to just buy a whole used harness than try to solder all the wires back together since it is cut so high up in the footwell and isn't easy to get to....
