torque specs?

anybody have the torque specs for a dohc zc?? and along with the torque sequence. searched but no luck...

look at the service manual for a 88 integra it is the d16a1 but the same torqe specs

dont have the book and cant seem to find it anywhere... torque specs for the head bolts by the way, blew my head gasket...

ok it is a two step thing step one you tighen them to 22 lbs, then step two retightn them to 49lbs but you have to go in a certain order and i cant remeber the order sorry
