Default AUTO REV on a 94 GSR..PLZ HELP!!!

Hi, I posted this a while back, but I didn't have any response. I'm having trouble of finding the solution to my AUTO REV. It revs to 2.5 and drops to 800. It does this repeatively. I'm getting really tired of it and it is also causing me to burn a hole in my wallet. Its not the map sensor and its getting vaccum. I sprayed break cleaner around my throttle body along the areas of the vaccums..but the rev didn't drop or stop when sprayed. I check my codes and I receieved 3 and 10. But both of those sensors are fine. A buddy of mine said it might be a bolt missing or lose on my intake manifold...but I'm not sure..

P.S. I REALLY NEED HELP HERE.

Double check for vaccum leaks. Thats ususally the culprit.

We have top and bottom, but nothing seems to change with the rev. I know if the spray gets vaccum/sucked into the vaccum it was cause the idle to drop..Correct?

there are two plugs that are identical i believe it's the IAC and another plug. Make sure those aren't switched. That would cause an irratic idle like that.

the iac and the map sensor.which is 3 and 10 when you check the codes right?..They are in their proper places and both brand new.
