please point me towards the right direction..
im thinking of building my jdm b16 SIR II up . i was thinking of starting up with the head . what exacly should i do to it ? i dont really have a budget but im trying to keep it low . LoL
any suggestions on headwork and what should be done to the head .
can you also include an estimate price for the work and products .
what compression pistons should i get and why ?
if theirs a link that has covered this . please include it , i have searched and came up with nothing .

Just do yourself a favor and don't use the ITR manifold and TB on your B16. Get some ctr cams, and a Toda header. I've tried the B16 mani, ITR and AEBS manifolds on my B16, and you'll make about the same peak power with all three, but with the B16 mani you'll make peak power the earliest in rpms, and the most tq from about 6500-7500 rpms.
Your goal is to increase volumetric effeciency from the head... do it wisely...

forgot to mention . my mods at the moment are :
*AEM intake
*Comptech header
*Full cat back
*skunk 2 intake manifold
*Ground kit
*JDM ITR ecu
*B&M fuel regulator
*AEM cam gears
im also running a USDM b16 00 SI tranny .
so basicly i guess i should start with my internals now . but yeah what should be my first parts to buy as of where im right now ?
thanks.
