Default SH engine & tranny into a 92 prelude???

I have a friend who has a 92 prelude and wants to put in an SH engine & tranny--how complicated would it be to do this swap? Should he just get rid of it and get a base h22 model? Thanks.

As far as I know, it'll be a lot easier to get a base H22 into the 92. The SH will take more fabrication in order to get it in.

It's too much work. In fact, I don't think anyone has ever done the SH swap into a 4th gen.

Best bet is to get a JDM H22 with the optional OEM LSD tranny!

agreed. Getting a custom intermediate shaft made would be a BITCH. Not only that, having the dead weight of the non functional ATTS system on the back of the block will only slow you down in the long run.
