I've got a 96 accord ex and yesterday i unhooked the battery to clean it. the owner's manual said this would activate my anti-theft radio system. so i get in my car today and its flashing the word 'code' at me, so i get my anti-theft radio card out and push in the code and it wouldnt work. so of course you only get 3 tries and if it doesnt work you have to wait an hour, so i did, and tried it again with the same result. im assuming i have the wrong number, so how exactly would i go about checking the number on my card, or fixing the problem? thanks

 

you need to yank the radio out and get the serial # off of it.
