right now its black and i dont know what color to change it to..i was thinking si blue cuase i've always liked that color but i want to consider other options.. white? yellow? gunmetal? any suggestions will be appreciated.


i know this should be should be in the cosmetic section but it said i had to permission of something so..ya..sorry about that.


What do you guys think about yellow?

I would do si blue or dark grey.

 

I also have an 00 civic si and it's black. I want to change colors eventually, and I was looking at a green that I saw today on a new Pilot suv. I'll try and find it.

gunmetal is one of the SICKEST colors i've ever seen on an EK I'd post a pic oh my EK hatch that's gunmetal but at this point it's not all one color and its just embarrassing

what is wrong with black again? black is sexy IMO. Blue is also nice, the SI blue. Electron blue or something

Changing from one stock color to another stock color that was only offered on the car you're driving seems a little wasteful to me.

I'd go with something like a cocoa brown metallic or khaki or something. It would give you a seriously unique look.

Change of color is still a change, but I agree to a degree with what your saying

 

i dont really have any suggestions on the paint color, but i do have a few things to say about painting it..........1. paint the engine bay and ALL of the car, (inside under the carpet and all), maytbe you can get away without this part. 2. get a GOOD brand paint. 3. get someone who knows what they are doing, not a backyard garage special. 4. be willing to get it done right, ALL dents fixed, removin seals when painting it. 5. be prepared to spend a good amount of cash on it, but dont just go by price. Ive seen a $4300.00 job that was PATHETIC, no seals removed or anyhting, no engine bay coloring. I've also seen a $1800.00 job that was the best i've ever seen and it also included fixing LOTS of rust, and gettin every dent, removing all the trim, and all the seals.......SO, dont waste your money gettin the itch to get it done fast. look around for some GOOD work, ask painters what they do to prep YOUR car,and get it done right the first time. you will not be disappointed.

 

I would stick with the original color, black is a great color especially when its freshly washed .

 

Keep it black.

I think black si's are sexyy. If i was you i would keep it black, even thou ive always wanted to paint my hatch pheonix yellow.

 

well i like black too but my i HAVE to repaint it a color other than black because of personal reasons. so u see i would like to keep it black but i can't.
