Default Quick Question (easy for anyone with a service manual)

I have a hatch with a D15B1 and the radiator fan won't turn on when it gets hot and it overheats.

I have a D16A6 head lying around I was wondering what sensor needs to be replaced to fix that? Or is it on the block

Thanks to anyone who can help!

More then likely the relay or a dead fan. Hot wire your fan 9connect directly to the battery) to see if it's good. If it's not, then go from there.

Temp sensor is on back of block.

I've directly connect a fan once...then I forgot to disconnect it and the next day my battery was dead and I had to boost my car.

NOTE: Don't forget to disconnect it!
