I installed a ITR differential about 1.5 yrs ago. I used an air gun to tighten the ring gear to the differential. car drives fine, no problem, but i keep going back n thinking about that. Has anybody else used an air gun to tighten those nuts? I was inspecting the old differential and noticed that the metal that bolts the ring gear on is very thick... so i doubt it would be able to warp by using an air gun. Anybody care to comment on this? thanks
