Default where can I find the non-airbag steerig wheel cover?

I've looked around, but haven't been able to find one yet. I know they exist though.

no picture but it was on one of the salvaged S's ad on autotrader.

it was a salvaged rio/spa ap1 with non functional SRS, and a/c

well, it was a crappy picture but it does fit and yes it's existed

I saw one on ebay just over a month ago. I should have saved the pic, or better yet, bought it.
