zc with a6 parts?

Default zc with a6 parts?

yea....i just want to know if i can use the d16a6 tranny on the DOHC zc.......ive asked and i got yes and no...so anyone can clear this up for me?

yes you can use the A6 transmission on the DOHC ZC - use the A6 flywheel and clutch

What you can't do is the reverse - use the ZC tranny *and ZC axles* with an a6 motor. Some people confuse this, and don't care to double check their info.

The dohc zc slips right into the a6 tranny/flywheel. No issue with mounts/axles, since the a6 doen't have an int. shaft.

thanks.....another question.....does the headers works as well....cuz i have after market headers too.....i've been told i might run into problems because of the fact that the zc is a dohc head...so agian...any help?

yea....in the process of the swap...and DAMN I broke one of the bolts into the flywheel...and yea i tired to get it out and failed.....SO NOW....i have to use the zc flywheel with the a6 clutch....any problems with this?.......

if you can bolt the pressure plate to the flywheel, yes, the ZC flywheel is the same

your header will bolt up, however, the ports in the head won't match the header - you will need to grind out a little at the top of the header to match ports in the head

headers will work but the ports are lightly off.. i have a dc header on my dohc zc and it runs fine with the header but im takin them off this weekend and just slightly porting them out a lil
