How would a twin loop mufler with 2.25 inch piping for the cat back sound if i were to put a header on my car? would it be a lot louder or still pretty quiet?

well since i own one i'll tell u what i think...
yes i do have headers also... And my pipping is 2.25 inch and i have the mugen twin loop to go along with it... its quiet as long as u have a resonator with your setup... and yes i have that too... and not to mention it has that SWEET DEEP SOUND... not that ricey ringing thing...

I have a 2.5" twin loop(not a real mugen, it's by SNL performance...Eskay is the user, I included a link for you) muffler with the only source of quieting things down being a highflow cat. with the jdm dc header and mandrel bent piping it sounds nice(no rasp at all suprisingly considering I don't have a resonator)....fairly quiet @ lower rpms(slightly deeper than stock sounding, and a tad louder) and a nice deep tone when vtec kicks in. If you can't afford a real mugen this knock off would definatly get vote. BTW this is on a mildly modded B16A in an EG, sound would most likely be even quieter with a sohc motor.
Here's a link for the guy selling them (I believe he only has 2.5" though)
