Hey im going to be painting my 5th gen accord and i was thinking about gunmetal. I heard that someone on this board had it and I was wondering what it looked like. Any one have the molding shaved on the side I would like to see a pic of that as well. I dont know if gunmetal is for sure so if you guys have any ideas (pics of 5th gen accords with sweet colors) post them please.

my freind had s2k silver on his accord b4 it got jacked....it was very nice and clean looking, no wild *** rice kit, just nice, and clean

or how bout the 1999 VW Jetta Blue pearl...ive heard thats not common on Honda's...wait maybe one...

 

nice and clean, did i mention it was nice n' clean oO?

 

i still say that electron blue is the sweetest color on a car!...gunmetal has been overdone and every other car you see now is gunmetal...i always wondered what an all chrome car would look like also...this would be hella cool...although the finish would probably fade or be destroyed after about a week...but a chrome car would be interesting!...anyways...those are just my rambling thoughs...sorry!

 

Which S2000 silver the Current light silver or the Old dark Grayish sliver?

 

i have the S2K color. it always looks different depending on the light and angle, which is kinda cool.



the first pic is the most recent. i put all my stock lights on. i had to buy new ones off ebay tho, we all do stupid things when you just graduate from high school and live on your own.

well the work and paint cost around 2700... but i didnt have to pay for it. long story short: car got stolen long time ago. insurance painted it. really crappy job, paint was peeling. insurance painted it again, good job now!

Looks good in the First picture but the sercond one kinda looks like the light goldish color that they came in stock. I guess it is just the picture that makes it seem that way tho

 

I want to do that to my bumper lights. That is pimp shizzle.

 

Which bumper lights. Only thing I notice are the clear sides in the rear and that isnt too bad I dont think.

 

You wire the bumper lights to the parking lights so that they are always on when the parking/head lights are on and blink when you put on the turn signal.

 

I totally didnt notice that. Are you asking how to do it because if you are I know how to already. Just ask and I shall tell

 

I think you have to be as dumb as a box of rocks not to know how to do it. (Imagine I dont? LOL)

 

never know some people have absolutly no understanding of electronics at all. I have had people get confused on how to hook up the power wires to an amplifier

 

I dont know much about electronics. But I do know how to splice 4 wires and put two wires between each pair between them.

but yeah, all the clear bumper lights are gone. the only clear lights i have now are my red/clear tails and my clear corners. but they are the OG corners, not those damn "euro" clears. they still clears tho

oh ya... i just looked at the topic of this thread, i dont think my car is gunmetal tho is it? i just think of it as dark silver, i think gunmetal is a lil darker. the only reason i posted me car is cus misa said something about s2k silver.

eh... its not that great. and by no means do I have mucho dinero. i make 7.50 an hour working part-time while going to asu full time. i dont like this nieghborhood cus the houses are too damn close together. i swear, im sitting about 5 feet away from my nieghbors house right now.
