Default DB2 Opportunity

I have an opportunity to trade in my 93 LS AUTOMATIC with 92k on it and then pay about 2000 more for a:
92 GSR with 122k on it... i havent driven it, but assuming there are no grinds and the engine looks good, and its clean and not burning anything, is this a good trade??

You could sell your car for 2-3k tho.
db2 gsr's with 100k+ are usually 3500 or so.

you do the math.
i personally wouldn't give the guy more than 1500

I guess it depends on how much you really want the car. I havent seen any DB2's for 3500. They go for more than blue book especially depending on your location and the condition of the car. It just comes down to what its worth to you.

I didnt vote because i dont know if i would do it or not.

ok update, car is great, rear acura symbol is mising and there is a little dent where it was where a screwdriver prolly took it off, there is a small scrape on the front identical to where my scrape is on my current car. I dont know if this is normal, but the shifter likes to wiggle around quite a bit after i put it in gear, I am used to a little play from an 87 toyota 4Runner, and no play from a 2000 Eclipse, so can you tell me if this is normal?

It has the black molding around the outside of the sunroof comming up a little but i can fix that, no other problems otehrwise on the outside... pinstriping is wearing off in places, ill prolly just remove it all. Rims have some wear, fat 5's, alloy, but what are you gonna do about 14 year old rims

Interior... stock fully loaded, cdplayer, tape player, electric seats, power windows and locks. The seats are all good and not smelly or anything, carped is a little dirty, but that can be fixed or replaced. The rubber boot around the parking break and shifter are kinda comming off but again i can fix that, trunk is almost as clean as my cars trunk. Also has the stock armrest in between pasenger and drivers seats.

NOW UNDER THE HOOD
New:
ALL BELTS including timing belt
new water pump
new oil pump
new air conditioner
new brake pads
new struts and springs all around (still stock ride height)
Valve cover minor areas around VTEC where paint is pealing, plastic plug cover is still there and straight. Small oil leak around the VTEC solinoid. Other than that a very clean engine compartment.
B17A1 Block, YS1 Tranny
no CELs VTEC engages
NO grinds when shifting

now lets hear some opinions, or suggestions on what else to check out
