climate control unit

Default climate control unit

is there anyother climate control unit that will work with a 90-91 EF. i have a 91 crx and the climate control broke and i tried to glue it back together, but im not too sure if its going to hold and i dont wanna play an assload for the same unit that could break too. and suggestions?

or should i just get a new climate controler on ebay? im tired of having this big *** gap in my center console

You need a CRX only climate control. Unless you are into installing/wiring up another Honda climate control it has been done.

Also if your climate control is all cracked up check the "plates" in my sig and click on it.

look at the crx/ef faqs. theres a guide on how to put a accord climate control in there. ill be doing it next friday and it looks nice n stock too

ive heard about this, ive only seen it like once, but i heard that the tabs that hold it in place are really really fagile, and the break more often than not...is there any truth to this? which looks better the accord, or the stock crx unit?

feel free to post up pics in this thread, i dont care if you jack the thread. is just wanna see it, and decide if i should go with a stock one, or go new school with the accord unit
