Default Frank Motor Build

Ok Summer 07' I'm building a motor. Heres the problem.

Engine One;
K20A (2002 ITR Head/Tranny/Block)
Crower 2.2 Stroker Kit
Darton Sleever
Twm ITB 54mm
Crower Full Race Head
Buleprint balanced
Valve Job

Engine Two
K20A (2002 ITR Head/Tranny)
K24A4 (2006 TSX Block)
CP 12.5:1 Pistons
Crower Maxi-Light Rods
Stock Crank
Twm ITB 54mm
Crower Full Race Head
Buleprint balanced
Valve Job

Pretty Much building this as a street/drag strip car. I live in california i know about the compression and emmisions rulling i have 2 high flow cats on my exhaust already from the k20a2 swap they are sms products 200 cell spun 2.5inch in/out lets with 22 inch resanotor and high flow exhaust.

Question Whats the real advantage of having a k24 block i know 2.4liters v 2.0 liters.

the k24a4 puts 200hp but the k20a puts out the same but a k24 block with k20 head would it be 220hp or 240 or somewhere around there.

Any feedback would be great in depth or slightly pros cons bitches and compalints all invited.

Money thing isnt a issue im using the money i got from my settlement when i got hit by a car roughtly i h ave 30 - 45k to play with please give suggjestions.

i think you mean k24a2? the k24a4 is the accord block and if you were to go with that block you will have piston to valve clearance issues. you won't have any problems if you use the tsx or crv block. the 2.4l block will be better for toque obviously and will have more potential for making power in the mid range. we all know these honda motors make peak power up high in the rev range but building up the midrange would make them unstoppable. either engine combo will be fast. just depends wut your looking for. cheers!

main difference between the 2 motors is this little thing called 'Torque'
it tends to win races here and there...you should look into it
