Ok first of all this is my first post, hopefully its not in the wrong section if it is im sorry . Anyways, me and my brother did the whole swap, my crx had a b16a jdm in it, so all i did was just replace the motor reuse the same tranny and bolt everythin on. Its obd0 btw. When we finished, i started the car and it revs to 2400 to 2500. And stays like that, i checked my tps sensors, and it looks like the clip kinda broke where it clips but the harness still hooks up to it. I unhooked the tps, and still idles the same??.......Is it bad tps, or?? im really stressed out! also theres a sensor in the back of the intake manifold, but i dont see any more clips on the harness that clip on that. Im gona take pictures tommorow, and post em. Please if you know something that might help tell me, i need my car to get to work . Thank you!!

 

could be a vacuum line not connected or connected to the wrong spot... and u could try adjusting your throttle

 

take the IAVC off. Open the top of it. Twist the white plug on the inside of it down until it doesn't popup anymore.
it'll fix your idle problem.

 

I havent tryed that yet, but i think my car might be out of timing?? When i put the exhaust on, and try to start the car, the car sputters and dies after couple of secs and it sounds like its missfiring...Also when i take the exaust of the car idles at 2500?? and stays there and jumps from 2400 to 2500?? Does that sound normal? ?
