Default What swap is right for me?

I have asked a few noob questions before about swaps into my 88 crx si. The more i read on here, the more I question what to do. The current d16a6 runs like a champ, new timing belt and waterpump and clutch and stuff, just want something quicker. I have thought a b16 swap, this one... http://www.jdmcustoms.com/b16a022.html or a JR supercharger for the stocker. Is the jdmcustoms swap truly turn key, to the point where I would have to buy no more than about another 500 bucks worth of misc things, or not? Also i have heard a built ZC will spank a stock b16, which would cost the same, as the b16 swap "kit" is $2K as the ZC is half that. With a limit of 3 grand to do everything motor wise, what would you do. I cant have it down for weeks on end, as its my summer daily. Thanks guys.

Found it temp, is myself was doubting this, but hey, im a noob so... here it is from another post..posted by Tippyman

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With the same $$$ for a B16 swap, a properly built ZC with a turbo will spank the stock B16.

you notice how he said ZC WITH TURBO. mod for mod, b16 comes out on top. ZC is a cheaper swap to perform

Okay, I shoulda mentioned that. I meant that by saying built, but didnt specify. I think I will just go B16 as that seems funner. Please tell me what you would do with ur own $3K and a stock d16a6. I am up for anything!! Thanks temp

with 3G's, I would get a cam out of a sohc zc or a delta 272 cam, then buy a turbo kit for the A6, get some rods and apprpriate arp head and rod bolts, gaskets etc, and then go and run phukking circles around any b swap around.....

lets not forget Bisi's 10 second all motor SOHC!

I pull ****. Simple as that. I milk cows, and do the dipping and have to check for mass, then put the pumps on. Around here we say pull ****. Everyone knows what that means in small town Berlin. Let me ask you temp, what did you think that meant?
