so yea i have new ctr pistons going in a gsr b18c1 but what offset should the rings be at?...i dont have helms...some one told me a 1/4 of and inch

looking down from the top of the piston with the wrist pin horisontal.

Top ring between1-2 o'clock position
middle ring between 4-5 o'clock position
oiling ring between 7-8 o'clock position

thanks but wich side do u look down upon them....thanks for the help seriously ive been stressing over here

 

last time i did it you stand on it from the exhaust mani side and look down into the cylinder

 

realy crud drawing but this should give you the idea.
