The indoor lights and the power door locks in my 97 prelude does not work when the ignition is off. Also my radio restarts (goes back to 87.7) when I turn the ignition switch. Any suggestion to what's happening here?


So I went to do an emissions inspection on the car today and they said the On-Board Computer system is not ready to be tested. These are the results:

Misfire- Ready
Fuel System- Ready
component- Ready
Catalyst- Not ready
evap. system- not ready
O2 sensor- not ready
EGR-not ready

Any suggestions as to why some of these components aren't ready?

Anything to do with the previous problem?

The inspector seems to think I recently disconnected the battery!
