Default co2 Sensor?

do i need one? just put a header on my daily driver a stock gsr and i cant get the ****** co2 Sensor? off.... do i need 2 run one? or is it cool>?

Cancer? Sensor?

Are you talking about the o2 (oxygen) sensor? Yes, that is a vital sensor that you need. If you don't have one, it can cause to run rich, or too lean and can use more fuel than needed and give you poor gas mileage.
