Default Quest for ??? Magazine's Dyno of the J's/Password Intake...

A few months ago, in the same month as far as I can remember, Superstreet and Import Tuner magazine (May be wrong about the magazine names) did a power pages/dyno test of the Password and/or J's Racing intake.

I've been trying to find the results for the past few weeks but it's like the magazines just didn't get updated to the website after the new months version came out.

I really wanted to see these graphs again but I don't think they are updating them to the magazines websites.

Therefore, I need some help.

If anybody purchased a copy of these magazines, please post pictures of the dyno graphs for me. It would help me out so much

Thanks

why? they are essentially the same thing. as long as the same filter is on both intakes, then they should yield equal results.

Sorry for the confusion, it was a power pages where they started with a stock car (gsr or ek si I think) and put on either a J's or Password intake (one of them) and compare the results as they put the parts on.

But the crazy thing was that when they put the pwd intake on, either the hp or tq actually went down. From the stock version of it. I am kicking myself for not buying this issue, but I'm trying to find it again, cause it just disappeared. I was sure I was going to see it in the AEM vs Pwd/J's threads out there, but nothing.

So I'm trying to find it myself now.

Well to help out a bit .. I have dynoed both the whale *****(password) v/s Aem CAI the AEM killed it by 4-5 WHP all the way up the graph. A little more insite.... I then removed the AEM CAI and replaced it with a NO NAME 3" CAI (APC or MATRIX or something) and it yeilded the exact same results as the AEM (for a 3rd of the price) needless to say except for the CARB sticker I recc the NO NAME brand to my customers.....btw this was done on an eg with a bone stock jdm ITR.

Wow, sounds about the same as the other post I saw comparing the two intakes. Thanks for the info. I guess I'll be searching for a 3" intake now

If anybody finds those dynos though, still post em anyway for me
