Srs light on 95 Honda Civic

Srs light on 95 Honda Civic
I recently pulled my fuse from my civic and the srs indicator light came on, I put the fuse back in thinking that would nock the light out, but it didnt. Does anybody know how to shut this light out without having to bring the car to the dealership(Im really trying to avoid bringing it) Please Help, Thanks

I tried to have an independent shop reset mine but they were unable to. 
The dealership (Saratoga Honda) did it for a $30 diagnostic fee.
