im unsure what ecu i should run safely with my setup, I know having it tuned would be best and optomize the performance but funds are limited at the moment:

ls/vtec, p30's, b16a head, type r throttle body and intake manifold

could i run a chiped ecu? maybe a spoon or mugen program?

 

You can get a chipped p28 with a basemap for your setup from either Kenji or Phearable. You basically tell them your setup and they give you something that will run it decently until you get it tuned.
