Default code 22 (vtec pressure valve)

i have a 94 civic ex with a b16a and im throwin a vtec pressure valve code, what does this mean? how can i check it? and what would it cause my motor to do?

check vtec solenoid - most likely its oil pressure being too low for vtec to properly work - check oil level, clean out vtec components - and check your wires maybe one got frayed or is loose

I checked all those things and ended up being my crankshaft bearings
