weird condenser fan problem..
99 civic..
my condenser fan is weird.. when i have the key on, engine off and the a/c on- the fan comes on and stays on like it should.. but when the car is running, the fan only comes on when the compressor kicks on.. so the compressor comes on and shuts off every 30 seconds or so.. along with the fan..
anyone have an idea what's wrong?
