if i were to install JDM headlights, legally, would i have to install the sidemarkers as well, so there is a sidemarker on the front end?

 

No, you wouldn't have to install the sidemarkers. The sidemarkers install on the fender.

 

as the guy above said, no. I have the JDM headlights and no side markers (I want them though!) They do not need to be wired in together. However make note that the JDM housings reflect to the left into oncoming traffic. So if you have HIDs, they tend to be blinding since the HID bulbs here are not coated like the JDM HID bulbs (which give it a non-glare and clean cut-off). Just be aware
