Default stock keyless entry antena?

i was wondering were the antena for the stock key less entry/alarm system is at. I talked to people that say if you add more wire to that you can unlock/lock your car from farther away

i have a 2000 civic SI

i do not believe it is an antenna that you can add onto, but you could find it by following the wire coming from your doorlock actuators

I can understand wanting to remote start from a longer distance, but there's really no purpose to unlock from further away, or is there?

There does not have to be an ant., [wire sticking out] it can be built in to the module. 94
