Default unusually low idle vacuum readings with pro1 cams

i'm only pulling 13 - 14 in/hg of vacuum with the pro1's on my b18c, is this normal? does it have something to do with my iac valve? i bypassed the water hoses leading into the iac valve, but this never caused a problem when i had bc3+ cams before

do a search, but I will tell you them main factor here is overlap... so much overlap from these cams leads to low vacuum at idle... Advance your exhaust cam to about 5 degrees advance...
