Well, Dave-ROR and I seem to be the only people coming from FL so our plan is this. He's going to come to O-town on Friday night, crash at my place and then we are leaving in the morning. We will be taking the FL turnpike up to I-75 and then taking I-75 up to meet up with AssPenny in Louiseville, KY. I know there are a few people going from TN, and surrounding areas. I *think* we will be taking I-75 up, until we get to some back roads as we get closer to MI. I'm sure Dave will chime in, in a few to add more details.

75 is a bad-*** drive man... a Supra and i avg about 80-90 the whole way home Atlanta after picking up my car. You guys should make good time on those roads.

 

Yeah, should be fun. I love the mountains on the way on I-75, though I think were only taking it to KY. Then I think Dave and Craig will have the GPS going for backroad driving.

 

i think i am going to roll out of my way to get on 65 around Indy... prolly be there around 1 or 2 on sunday?

Just assuming here... 75N will take you into Lexington, KY... from there you will take 64W into Louisville (to meet up with *** Coin) .... the fastest way to get to Gingerman from there is 65N up to Indianapolis.... Out of Indy you have some options... Either continue on 65N, take 31N up through South Bend or take 69N.... Both 65N and 69N will take you to the I80/90 Toll Road.....Not sure how to get from the toll road to Gingerman off the top of my head.... Hope this is somewhat helpful

It is only 50 more miles for us to go that way vs. the other way.

This will be the first year that the RAM250 TD won't be making the trip.

Ok as for a more serious reply..

I will work on some of the details today of the important part of the drive (post louahvuhl).. we won't know which backroads we'll take but there are some nice ones I'm sure.. we'll just keep an eye out on the maps as we are driving then get off the interstate when we get bored.. backroads are more fun

 

Louisville = sometime/somewhere.

Sunday = easy drive to South Haven.

I'll be heading up from Knoxville,TN(Sat). I know Aquafina is planning on coming up. Some of the nc/sc we-todd guys should be heading up as well. I think Indy is still the best route for us.
