i hate to ask this but was there oil in it? u said it set in a garage for 5 months i don't think a little water would hurt it. now if water was poured in maybe.

take all the plugs out then try to turn it over if it turns over STOP... put about 1-2 table spoons of MARVAL MYSTERY OIL in each cylender and turn it over for about 15-20 sec(make sure oil in oil pan)with a paper towel over each cylender to catch the oil and let us know how it goes

the engine have full oil, i took out all the plugs, and have pured mixture of oil and petrol in all of the cylenders,
the engine is stuck like hell, there is only one cylender in which we except water have entered, and the wall got rusty and piston ring got stucked in it,

I just took out the mixture i sprayed in and sprayed WD-40 in it,
hoping for the best result

Looks like you have a great door stop on your hands.
Or a boat anchor...

Take her apart. Might be able to get the cylinders honed out a bit to clean up the rust. Rust+cylinder walls=fucked up engine.

If you are cheap. You can used 300 grit sand paper and smoothly clean some of the rust off. But don't expect a miracle to happen.

Go get a B18A, swap in the B16 pistons and put the head on it. LSVTEC.

This may sound stupid , but we did it to a old outboard motor and it worked like a champ. Pull the head and take a block of wood like a piece of a 2X4 and place it on the piston , then smack the shat out of it with a rubber mallet.
I swear this boat motor was locked up good , my "Paw-in-Law" did this and that bitch fired up after replacing the head.
He filled the cylinders with PB Blaster Penitrating oil first and let it sit for a few hours. smoked like hell after he started it till it burned off some of the left over oil.

Oh , and if you do this , make sure you change your oil after your done.
Some of the "Blaster" may make its way past your rings and into your oil.

opend the Oil sump.
as i was expecting that its piston 3, who's plug was rusty is the only piston jamed, i oped the bigend cap of #3 piston the engine started to move freely, then i connected the #3 piston back, it stucked again.

I want to know, can i use the b16 head gaskit one more time,
i mean if i open the engine and use the same head gaskit ,, ???

Please, for the love of god, take the engine apart and get it honed out. They honestly take off like .005 of an inch! It just cleans up the walls and you can re-use everything, but you shouldn't normally reuse:

Gaskets, any type.
Bearings
Piston Rings
Stretch bolts, like head bolts.
