Default Type R steering wheel

I just got a good deal on this type R steering wheel.........http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-O...70138420QQrdZ1

I took the wheel off my 5th gen lude and it didn't bolt up. The hub is about 1 mm too small. If there any way that I could make this steering wheel fit my 5th gen??? (searched) Thanks in advance........

I was thinking about taking it to a machine shop to see what they can do, its litterally a 1mm difference when you try to match is up to the hub, i even took off the clock sprig to try to make it fit....any experts feel free to chime in

are you sure about this? Does that wheel have an air bag? I'd like to swap a smaller srs diameter honda wheel into my 4th gen.
