balljoints
You can either get a balljoint remover, which looks like a long fork or hammer it out. Loosen the balljoint nut and leave it on by a few threads so you dont ruin the threads when hammering it. Have a friend pull up on your spindel while you hit the side of the lower control arm. Hit the control arm right on the side of the balljoint while your friend is pulling up on the spindel and it should pop loose after a few good whacks.
