my personal opinion of the phone is that it's a great phone....never a problem with it, easy to modify if that's your thing, great for listening to mp3's and it has expandable memory (up to 1gb i think).........it's VERY tough as well...i've dropped my other one on concrete, off of second story roofs, thrown it into brick walls for the hell of it, etc, and i've never had an issue......they're VERY tough phones.....the one you receive is 100% new and unused
