Default Jhpusa.cm bushings question...

i found these bushings for our worn bushings on our trailing arms. i was wondering are these any good for the money or just get some oem bushings from honda?

These are recommended for track use only.

Heed their warning

OEM Honda or Mugen for that location. Don't use polyurethane there it will bind and be twitchy. Yeah heresay, but 6 yrs. of heresay on that one.

Torque @ ride height for rubber bushings.

well i just wanted to know what the best bang for the buck when i am going to lower my civic somewhere 3 inchs. what the differance between the poly and the sperical ones? i also know that the poly tends to bind and all but the spericals ?

spericals are all metal if i'm not mistaken no play in it at all
but also not forgiving at alll

I honestly don't know about track usage but even on the racetrack a lot of people run the rubber mugen, because it's forgiving than say spherical.
It cost more (b/c i don't know the JHP product price) for a reason.
I was convinced to go with bonded rubber as opposed to the other things out there.
Rule of thumb: torsion based bushing go w/rubber
compression bases bushings: go with poly/metal whatever your race car desires are

well i know i can get the rubber at honda for $40 bucks a peiece and would feel alot better.
