HELP! BRAND NEW CIVIC SI

My friend just bought a silver 2002 Civic Si, and we are wondering what is it classified as?? EK, EG? Is it anything like that at all?? Thanks!

Look at the Vin.

It should be the 4th and 5th letters/numbers.

4,5 & 6 on my civic is EJ7.

i believe it to be EP, but that could be JDM ( oh i said it...JDM ) hahahaha
