Default Free H&R springs

I got some H&R Sport springs for free from a guy I know that works at Honda down the street from my work. They came off his girl friend's car who bought it from my brother-in-law that originally put on the springs. As complicated as that might sound, I wanted to get them put on by someone at my work (Acura) and get an alignment but one guy wanted $175 and someone else wanted $125. Is this reasonable?

If you're estimating about 4 hours of labor at a labor rate of $45 to $50/hour, then yeah....it sounds about right.

But, for most experienced DIYer's, it's a 2 - 2.5 hour job.
