Why do you have 5.1 front components, and 6.1 rear components? Seems like you have beyond way too many speakers. Front components amped should be good enough, and a simple coaxial for rears connected to the headunit should be fine. What is the RF amp model? What is the problem you're having with, are you trying to ask how to tune? In what car also.

You're not going to get clarity with components in the rear. Each speaker is going to interfere with the others, and tweeters should never be mounted behind your head. Maybe get rid of the rear tweeters and just run the midrange, or sell your rear setup entirely.

On the components, start with the jumper set to 0db. I would make all the adjustments through your deck. If you're unsatisfied with the decks level of adjustment, then adding decibels from the crossovers will make the tweeters louder and vice versa.

On the basslink, start with the phase switch to 0, crossover to 100, gain to about 3/4 of adjustment, bass boost to 0. By 0, I don't mean with the **** turned all the way down, but approximately where 0 would be on the scale of -6 to +3.
