those are bullshit numbers
both intakes are essentially the same (as far as i konw, no difference in piping diameters or filters). the main difference between the two : injen provides a smaller washer bottle to replace the oem one, while hte aem has a relocation kit to relocate the oem bottle to the opposite side of the bumper.

ive actually had both aem and injen on my base 5spd, i think i like injen better, but in truth, i would just go with the cheaper one, because i just leave off the washer bottle anyways. they perform the same man, they are just a filter on a stick.
intake is an intake really, any of the above brands is fine. I went with AEm since I got a good price on it.
From what I've seen, depending on your year, the header isn't the best performance for the dollar.
