have you ever painted car parts before? It is really not too much, I believe people usually pay around 225 to get the sides and front lip painted(if you have a front lip). If you prep them yourself it will save you more money too.

If you can get the correct color paint and can spray paint you can do this yourself.

of course you CAN do it yourself, but you never know how its gonna turn out if you are not an experienced painter

just go to an automotive paint shop and ask them to can your car's paint.
Your car paint/color code should be on the car when you open the door written between the door and the body.
Or you can just ask them for the code

I wouldn't trying to paint it yourself without knowledge of actually doing it before leads to dripping and horrible painting

You could also try PaintScratch to get the color codes and/or paint.

i painted my own car.. so here'a some quick tip
1) sand the bitch down from rough to smooth
2) primer the bitch with even coats
3) Some quick Sanding
4) First coat.. (Even paint and light spray)
5) dry
6) second coat ( same as first coat but a little bit more harder on the thickness
7) dry
9) Last coat for good luck ( EVEN !! AND CLEAN COAT, CAUSE THIS Is the MOST IMPORTANT ONE!)
10) Dry
11) GLoss coat one ( light)
12)dry
13) gloss coat 2 ( a little more thicker coat)
14)dry
15) gloss coat 3 ( Thick and even coat Get that shine)
16) Dry!
17) DRY!
18) wash it and wax

you can buff it it you like to get it really shinny.. but yeah its pretty simple just takes time! lots of FU(kin Time!

painted mine myself also:

1.) take them off the car
2.) sand them down, wash, dry
3.) i put mine up on 2 saw horses
4.) 1 coat of some paint adhesive spray, helps paint to bind to the skirts
5.) 1 coat gray spray can primer
6.) 2-3 coats of car color
7.) 2-3 coats of gloss
8.) let it dry for at least an hour past when you think it's dry
9.) wash/wax/reinstall

i did it this way and they never chipped/flaked for the ~2 years i had the car. drove it through buffalo,ny winters too
