Hey everyone today I was selling my headunit to someone and installing it in there car. I snipped the tips off of the radio harness to take the radio out. No wires touched. I go to install it in my friends car and it doesnt power on so we check the fuzes in his car and on the headunit. Everything was fine. We bring it to best buy and they did a power test to it and it didnt come on. I then reinstall it in my car and it doesnt turn on anymore. What could be the problem. Is it because I snipped the radios harness the tips of it. Im clueless.
if u look in back of the stereo.. there should be a fuse right in back of it.. usually its 10amps Red in color.. .that might be your problem..
hmm.ok.. try takin out ur face plate and putting it back on... or do a reset on the unit itself...
if the fuse is fine.. and u did all of the above.. i would recommend you contactng Pioneer for warranty
