As for:
Axles: 90-91 Integra
Cams: Any B Series "vtec motor" ex. b16,b17, or b18c (you get the point?) Cams
Cap 'n Rotor: 90-91 Integra
Spark Plugs: EM1 (Civic Si) plugs will work.
Headers: just about any B Series header will fit. GSR/ITR will be a bit longer and sit a bit lower.
Need more help, just pm me i'll try to help you out.
EDIT: Your a noob, can't pm me yet, sorry just ask here.

90-93 integra ls or b16a, but you can use any b-series clutch hydro or cable for a cable tranny as long as you use a cable throw bearing the only diff. between a hydro and cable clutch is the throw bearing.

The splines for 90-91 B series trannys are smaller, same number of splines but not as thick, you can put a 92-01 clutch disc on but it will be a little loose, make sure you match the clutch to the tranny, the same with flywheel either cable or hydro and the the pressure plate

still can't stuff a cable clutch in a hyrdo so it stands true.
All hydros are same though, i just thought because they don't interchange it should be pointed out.
Would be nice if they did lol.

So i just got a header today that was from a 99-00 civic si and it only has one o2 sensor on it. I know that if you dont use4 both it will run like **** and you will get like 10 mpg's.......So what should i do and does anyone know where i can get a header with both o2 sensors on it?
You can either weld on another bung for a second 02 sensor, or go obd1 and use one 4-wire o2 sensor in that single location.

Not sure if I misunderstood what you were trying to say here, but ...
The 92+ B-series clutch disc is interchangeable, whether its a 92-93 cable trans or a 94+ hydro. It's the throwout bearing that won't work between cable and hydro.

as for teh header. you can take it to a muffler shop and have em make a new bung hole for the 02 sensor. just search on that cause from what i know of it must be on a certain tube.
