03 acura tl amp location?
Hey guys-
I recently installed an aftermarket HU in a friend's 03 acura tl.
I didn't realize until we were done that there was a factory subwoofer, and it would not be powered!
realizing his non-navi bose system must have an amp, i'm wondering where it's located, and also wondering if it accepts rca level type inputs at all?
I might just replace it with an aftermarket amp.
Thanks for the help!

The factory Amp is in the Passenger Kick panel.. once u open it up. u will see it right away.. ...
there is no RCA input on it at all.
if you added a aftmarket unit... Im guessingyou are bypassing the amp..
Front left speaker wire is + blue/greeen and - is gray/black
Front Right speaker wire is + red/green and - is brown/black
Rear Left speaker wire is Blue/yellow and - is gray/white
Rear Right Speaker wire is + red/yellow and - is brown/white
I have worked on alot of these TL.. let me know if i can be further help
